Welcome back to my blog! I hope everyone had a fantastic Thanksgiving if you’re here in the US. It’s time to get ready to celebrate the holidays as they are fast approaching, and, if you’re like me, gifting can be the hardest part. I am making a gift guide that is based on age groups. You may select an Esthetician’s choice makeup/skincare for the women and men in your life of all ages. And for my last minute shoppers, all of these products are easily purchased online at either Sephora or Ulta. I absolutely love gift sets, so get ready for good values!
Teenager- Early 20’s:
Farmacy Sweet Greens Holiday Set, $44

This is perfect for those makeup lovers who need a good cleansing balm to use before bed. Also includes samples of some of Farmacy’s popular products to finish your routine. The packaging is cute, and has clean ingredients!
Laneige Kiss Me All Day Giftset, $35Everyone loves lip balm! And this set is super cute to gift to younger people, especially if they may be too young for makeup products but want something more “high end”. I love this brand and the way their products smell.
The Ordinary Daily Set, $19This set includes a cleanser, hydrating serum and moisturizer that is perfect for younger men and women who want to get started with skincare. I would recommend this set for most skin types, including oily. This brand is super affordable as well!
Anastasia Beverly Hills Soft Glam Eyeshadow Palette, $42Perfect for everyday looks and a night out, this is a great addition to anyone’s makeup collection. It is versatile, which is why I recommend it as a person’s first palette to start playing with. It is easy to blend and ultra pigmented!
Late 20’s- 30’s:
First Aid Beauty Fablantis Giftset, $49

Pat McGrath MatteTrance Lipstick, $40

Herbivore Glow Potions Duo, $39

Yves Saint Laurent Mon Paris Giftset, $97

40’s and 50’s
The Ordinary No-Brainer Set, $29
This set includes a hydrating moisturizer, the “Buffet” peptide serum, and a Retinoid treatment. These products are perfect for those looking for anti-aging, and need introduction to multiple products. I would caution use for those with very sensitive skin, but other wise it will work lovely for all skin types! These serums really pack a punch for a very low price.
Lancome Monsieur Big Mascara Set, $25I am in love with this mascara! It’s perfect for those that have stubborn lashes, especially as we age and they become less voluminous. This mascara helps lengthen and doesn’t clump! This set includes a full size, travel size, and mini eye makeup remover. Also, how cute is that limited edition packaging?!
Drunk Elephant The Midi Committee, $48A perfect introduction to Drunk Elephant Skincare, this minis set includes a makeup removing balm, polypeptide cream, hydrating gel, and retinol cream. Includes strong anti-aging components, while also being nourishing and not harsh. All skin types would benefit from this kit!
Dr. Brandt Pores no more Luminizer Primer, $38 I love this primer because it helps to smooth out texture and pores, but adds an amazing glow to the skin. Dryness and dehydration is so common once we reach this age group that adding it back in is essential. Using an illuminating primer before face makeup also helps to not look dry and cakey- ultimately looking older. You can use this on its own as well!
60+
Patchology Wink & a Kiss Eye and Lip Gels Kit, $10

Algenist Hand and Neck Targeted Solutions Kit, $84

Kiehl’s Glow Hydration Set, $54

Nars Audacious Lipstick Keepsake Set, $79

Are you putting most of these in your shopping cart??
I hope this Holiday Guide helped to showcase some recommendations for different age groups. It is a fine line between, “here’s a glow hydration set I think you’ll love!”, And “here’s this anti-aging set you need!”. You want to encourage good skin care, but not offend someone. Be sure to not leave out the men in your life with these beauty favorites as well.
